At Endocrine & Diabetes plus Clinic of Houston, we try to find ways to cut the cost of medications for our patients. Here we introduce the Kroger savings club to you.

Kroger in conjunction with goodrx started a prescription savings program which may benefit some of our patients. Some of the commonly prescribed generic medications that help treat diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol (Dyslipidemia) are listed. If you are in this savings program, please let us know so that we can order from these medications to limit your out of pocket costs.

As your health care companion, we are keenly aware of the cost of medications. We want to provide resources that you can look out for at your disposal.

I am going to attach the flyer our sweet patient brought to us. If you have cost savings ideas, please let us know and we will include it for others benefit. Thanks to the kind patient who kindly shared this information to us.

Can I use this if I have commercial insurance?

Yes! Use your Kroger Rx Savings Club membership instead of your insurance whenever the program price beats your co-pay. You can use your membership instead of your insurance, but please note that they can’t be used together. Kroger Rx Savings Club is not insurance.”
